Ever had one of those days? It's a Friday and you are verbally promised an order, a fairly substantial one, the following week and you are just waiting for the purchase order to come through.

You know what it's like, by the time you get into next week there are a dozen things to do and before you realise, it's Friday again. At which point you think, "Where's that PO?" So you ring your contact and she says, "Damn, haven't they sent that yet? I'll sort it out on Monday. I'm off today and at home!"
